Boarding Cancelations / Adjustments:
* Boarding cancelations must be made by 11 am, 48 hours prior to arrival or pick up, if you fail to do so, your deposit will be forfeited. During holiday periods, cancelations require at least 7-day notice.
* Boarding Adjustments for stays over 7 days, must be made 3-5 days prior to arrival or pick-up. If adjustments are not made 3-5 days prior, total agreed payment is due at time of pick up/drop off.
